My go to meal
Hi, honestly I do not even have a name for this recipe. It is quick and very easy. I eat it all the time.
1 Pack of vegan “chicken” bites, I use Plantspired
1/2 bag of frozen bell pepper/ onion mix
1/2 bag of frozen spinach
2-4 tbsp “butter” I used vegan butter
Spices (whatever you like)
Rice mix (I use this one)
First Saute the pepper and onion mix with the butter and spices. Then add in your “meat”, then add the spinach and rice. Cook till fully heated. It’s really that simple. Enjoy(: Also, watch this funny video of my friend tasting my vegan food. He did not believe me when I told him it was vegan!
